Fix validator so it does not just work with the keys (name, datePublished, license) but checks the URIs of properties

Iterate over all the properties of the Root Data Entity and resolve the terms, make a lookup

Change the checks to (a) use the full URI so you can check that name is present even if it has the wrong key/label AND (b) check that the key/label is correct.
