Trying to clone an entity with Utils.clone

Hi Alvin, Peter,

I'm trying to clone an entity and have this issue.

TypeError: Cannot read private member #ref from an object whose class did not declare it
    at set @id (lib/node.js:39:10)
...

I've created a test branch test_can-clone-entities to replicate the issue here.

Is this how we should do it?
