✨ Make the Fluid Runtime fluent

📄 Description

It's imperative that the Fluid Runtime has a built in GUI manager, and that must be fluent design.

🗃️ Alternative solutions

There are a few routes we can take:
a) take apart tkinter's code (ttk¹) and add a theme such as sv-ttk ²
b) use @tukaan for design and build our own fluent-ui theme ³

📝 tucaan isn't quite ready yet. perhaps not the best idea.

c) manually make our own GUI toolkit ³
