v0.1.8 - Fix Commands

Some Commands are broken in their current state

• role add doesnt add a role with the given name just with "new role" + shows "not responding"
• role remove removes the given role but shows "not responding"
• make membercount etheral
• userrole crashes bot when role is higher than itself
