v0.1.3 - Steam Game

add a subcommand to the Steam supercommand that allows to fetch games.

- All games have to be fetched and then the appid has to be fetched based on the name in order to get information about the game

- [ ] Find a way to easily fetch all games (Better not)
- [ ] Show the infos of the game

- Maybe find a different way to fetch game info
