Add support to alphanumeric CNPJ

Effective in July 2026, the new alphanumeric CNPJ format starts being used, a structural evolution designed to multiply available combinations without altering the total identifier length (14 positions) or the validity of existing companies. The main change occurs in the composition of the first 12 characters (Root and Order), while the final two digits (Check Digits) remain strictly numeric, as illustrated below:

• Current Format (numeric-only): 12.345.678/0001-95
• New Format (alphanumeric): 12.ABC.345/01DE-35
