Add playwright tests

• tests that really do something - may require alternative endpoint to openAI (mock? local container?)

• improve docker file so test change does not need to reinstall playwright (maybe switch to npx?)

Also for CI/CD it might be good to run the app using docker compose up (detached) and compose down. TBD if tests are also part of compose or not

Using devproxy, it is fairly easy to store some mocks for local development or UI testing.

• Use MockGeneratorPlugin to record actual API responses
• Use MockResponsePlugin to return stored responses

Note: Azure OpenAI Plugin for DevProxy currently does not work with streaming completion at the moment
