GUI doesn't display correctly #139
Description
When starting connectome mapper the gui doesn't scale correctly and looks strange (see screenshot). Also it doesn't update when selecting new processing stages (only after selecting a new tab) and the gui isn't scrollable if the window isn't big enough.
