Question about testing LSUCS LAN-website locally

Hi there

First of all, this is what I've been looking for for a long time!

Now, I'd like to install this locally to test it before using it on our main website. Apparently the database file isn't included in the package. Can you create a new database with tables yourself? Or how do I need to set this up?

Secondly, I've seen on your LAN website that you need an account on the main LSUCS forums to be able to login to the LAN website. Is it possible to have a normal register page? Because now when I changed the Auth to Default, your profile info is displayed, but no register page.
The older version has this page, but nothing happens when you click on the button...
