What should I put in the jar folder of the vialimbo file?

Since limbo does not support 1.21.5, I put viaversion in the jar folder to support it with viaversion, and it stopped running with an error.

Unfortunately it's not as simple as just updating a ViaVersion .jar file. The plugin has to be updated to use a newer version of ViaProxy. I've updated it in #4, once that is merged then @LOOHP should be able to make a new release that supports it.
