Cant Connect due to Network Protocol Issues

I created a brand new loohp limbo and filled the secret and enabled velocity forwarding. FROM that point on, I was NOT able to CONNECT whatsoever. This issue seems to be a Netty level Protocol issue. Below is my client log and the servers log. All Im understanding is there's two things messing with each other here one being fabric client and second being the limbo. I know this as velocity handles all protocol stuff itself ENTIRELY on its own BUT the limbo seems to not handle my fabric client.

I also CANNOT join YOUR server too due to the same issue 2nd one i think is when I tried joining yours (mc.loohpjames.com)
