Players cannot join Limbo when IP forwarding enabled #102

This is a duplicate report of #97, but this time it's clearly affecting all players on a completely clean and properly configured BungeeCord
Please fix this bug as soon as possible—we've been struggling with similar issues for quite some time.
Tested on a completely clean and properly configured BungeeCord—players are completely unable to join Limbo.
However, on my production server using Librelogin, most players with login exemptions previously were able to skip Limbo normally, and offline-mode players could also enter Limbo without issues.
