Ingredient with amount 0 is still in the list

According to the user guide, ingredient will be deleted if being used up. However, it seems that after changing the amount to 0, it is still in the list.

Thank you for reporting the bug. However, you should remove the ingredient instead of changing the amount to zero. I'm lowering the severity of this bug to low.
