[FR] Fixed rows and columns on scroll

Loving this tool. Super handy! One feature that would make it even more powerful: support for fixed (sticky) header rows and left columns when scrolling through large CSVs.

Bonus points if the number of sticky rows/columns can be user-defined (e.g. 1 sticky header row, 2 sticky columns). This would make navigating big datasets much smoother and more intuitive.

Scrolling through big CSVs gets disorienting fast. This would be a huge usability win.
