Kinematic Model Z-Axis Motion Ratio

Modify the kinematic model Jupyter notebook to include motion ratio in the z-axis in addition to the already existing motion ratio in all 3 axes. Look at how motion ratio is calculated in the kinematic model to see how to calculate it in just the z-axis. Preferably do this calculation in the notebook itself so the kinematic array can remain the same.
