New Report title Resources Report

Need to be able to specify date range.

Volunteer Hours Total Hours Total Value (#of Hours * Hourly rate)
Adult # $
Youth # $

Match:
Cash Total $
In Kind Total $

There is issues with the in-kind data, in that not all of it is a dollar amount and the data needs to be edited before the report will operate properly.

Need a way to identify records/activities that have invalid data.

Isn't the entire point of the "In-Kind" amount that it doesn't have to be in dollars? What would be the difference between Cash and In-Kind if they were both required to be in dollars?

You don't need a way to identify activities with invalid data. There shouldn't be invalid data. If there is, it means you haven't given me all of the requirements and rules for determining the validity of the data.
