Random Experience Gain

I only get experience at random points, I never receive experience after taking a pokemon out. I have Patch 2.3 for Pokemon Black 2.

ok, weird question to you, did you use a repel?
i noticed if you have a weak poke out with repel and run into a poke in the wild, and kill it, you will not get exp from it

I never saw any pokemon when I used a repel, so I don't think it's that

hmm... seems like im unable to reproduce this issue though, only way im able is due to the repel issue
