Add interface version

Solace appears to have https://docs.solace.com/API-Developer-Online-Ref-Documentation/c/sol_client_8h.html#a4cc20684b47a66c235074fbdc726ffca (solClient_version_get()).
We should prob add one to our shared object also.

This will allow a user to know which version of the shared object they are using + the version of solace they are using. This will help when a user accidently loads a different version that's sitting on their system.
