View/Save/Download Attachemnts

Idle project for a few years but this is great. It will help me with an issue I've been banging my head on for a while.

Would be nice to be able to access the attachments somehow, whether saved to file system or for download or whatever.
I might try to work on it and if I get it I might put in a pull request. We'll see if I can figure it out or not. I haven't had great luck figuring out this IMAP stuff so far.

Ok, I see it is already in there. just need to have an attachments directory.

Documentation could be updated for this.
