User Avatar Not Displaying Properly in Header

Description

The user avatar next to the username ("User") is not being rendered correctly. Instead, a broken image icon appears, which affects the visual polish and user experience of the header section.

Expected Behavior

• The user avatar should load correctly.
• If the avatar is not available or image fails to load, a default placeholder avatar should be shown (e.g., using initials or generic icon).
• Avatar and username should align properly in all screen sizes.
