Code updation

The example code of [Tensorflow with RELU and Dropout](https://github.com/Kredoai/Deep-Learning-Training/tree/master/Tensorflow/Deep_Neural_Nets_Dropout_RELU) has to be updated both in the notebook and in the Readme.
