Integration for now is quite rough process. It can only integrate certain types of files with certain changable parameters and so on. To make it more flexible following steps might be needed: * Untie integration process from pyfalcon integrator. Integrators should be swappable. * Make output file optional. User might not want to write the whole snapshot at every step. * Move point-specific logs from their separate files to the file specified in logging section of the configuration. * Input file should support reference to a specific snapshot inside a file (use case: continue integration on the half-integrated model).
