Hello Pavan,

It looks like you're expecting parity from the SDK across different languages. Unfortunately that isn't the case. I'm sure you've noticed by now that the design of the Python SDK is more flexible on the implementation than the Java SDK is. This is because consistency across languages was not a condition of success when they were originally implemented. Some effort was made to keep it consistent but it was not a primary concern.

Sorry for the inconvinience but this is seen as a feature and not a bug.

The only thing that really stands out to me is this version value EC_v1 that isn't one we support and is likely a source of your troubles.
