Which system/platform/hardware needed for Alphapulldown?

Hi all,
I am trying hard to get Alphapulldown running. I tried on a pre-M era Mac Pro, on a M4 Mac, on Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.4.0-77-generic x86_64) server and on Ubuntu 24.04.3 in a VM (Mac is host). No success. Do you have any tips or recommendations?

AlphaFold (both versions 2 and 3) cannot run natively on Apple hardware, since they require NVIDIA GPUs with CUDA support. You’ll need a system with an NVIDIA GPU (gaming or professional class) and a Linux distribution such as Ubuntu 18.04 or newer to run predictions efficiently.
