Reuse of Alignments for Candidates in Pulldown mode with new Bait in v1.X

I have a reasonably large run in pulldown mode that has ~1700 proteins run vs a single bait. I would now like to run the same set of proteins vs a new bait. Is it possible to re-use the alignments done for the candidates, or is the alignment unique to the bait:candidate pairings, and so the whole set of alignments would need to be re-run if a new bait is used.

Sure, you can reuse the alignments/features against a new bait, that's one of the main aims of AlphaPulldown :-)
