Upgrade OpenAI dependency

Currently I'm wanting to use a newer version of the OpenAI SDK, but the TTS package pins the OpenAI dependency to 1.97.0 when the newest version of the SDK is 2.15.0. Because of this, I am required to install v0.1.3 of RealtimeTTS which lacks a lot of the engines supported by the later versions of the library.

Can you try using the latest version of RealtimeTTS and update the openai SDK with "pip install -U openai" afterwards?

It works, however I use uv for my package manager (testing was with uv pip install -U openai). By default uv would not let me upgrade the openai dependency without downgrading RealtimeTTS because it specifies that it strictly depends on 1.97.0 (openai==1.97.0).

I just checked and I'm pretty sure the methods used by RealtimeTTS seems to be compatible with openai 2.15.0, so you could also set the openai dependency to openai>=1.97.0 to allow people to use a version higher than or equal to 1.97.0.

Hi, just checking if this could be followed up on? OpenAI released a WebSocket API which only exists on a relatively recent version, and I would ideally not like to have to explain that in order to be able to use WebSocket with my project, users need to manually override the OpenAI dependency.

Any update on this would be much appreciated; I can even donate some of my time to help with it🙏
