Vote - Scheduled Closing #6
Description
Summary
Some votes (e.g. AGM/EGM) may need votes to be open for an exact amount of time according to constitutions/policies. Koala should have the ability to auto close a vote
Requirements
- Use AWS EventBridge to close a vote automatically using the api
- Allow for a time/day for a vote to be closed to be scheduled on the Dashboard UI
- Alert to dev if a scheduled api call fails as this may need manual intervention/retry
