Verify - Custom Emails

# Summary
Not everyone will have a Microsoft or Google account to use the Oauth flow, we should add a custom email option for which Koala will send out a callback link by email.

# Requirements
- Use AWS SES to send emails containing a callback link with a token
- Have an expiry for the email link
