Plugin Starts but Cannot Run or Modify Settings QGIS 3.40.12

I'm experiencing a problem with the plugin. The plugin loads successfully when QGIS starts, but it does not allow me to run any operations or change any of its settings. All configuration options appear to be disabled or unresponsive.

Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue or provide guidance on how to fix it?
