Get provider of identifier #778
Description
We can extract the provider of identifiers with the https://api.datacite.org/prefixes/........
This apply to identifiers from dot.org.
For SWH always Software Heritage as provider.
Example:
Doi identifier of https://github.com/dgarijo/Widoco:
https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.11093793
Prefix: 10.5281
https://api.datacite.org/prefixes/10.5281 -> cern or widow
https://api.datacite.org/prefixes/10.5061 -> dryad
