Add ability to add and remove files before triggering a LOI

When you query a hypothesis, the system show you the files based on the data query and the hypothesis itself.
Right now these files are not editable. We want to make it possible to add/remove custom files.

DISK is a continuous integration system. In a continuous integration, you should not have to tell the system to filter out datasets.

Either we add a filter; or the user should use WINGS to run the analysis.
