Banshee web remote #6

Hi,
first i want to thank you for your very nice rewrite of this plugin.
Since I was searching a way to control banshee remotely and because I don't have any Android device, I tought it could be useful to write a web based controller which work with your plugin.
So that's done!
It remains some small bug and the lack of IE handling, but it works in most ways.
