Improve documentation of nrtk-explorer tool #179
Description
We currently don't perform a docs build, so users have to find everything about the features/capabilities of the tool via the README. We should explore good ways to document apps (which is different than code), and maybe adopt similar frameworks/patterns for other trame-based apps.
An example might be the export dataset feature referenced here: #166
