Document URL parameters for the ITK-VTK-Viewer web application #720
Description
The ITK-VTK-Viewer web application documentation has a few examples of helpful URL parameters for given use cases, but it is unclear whether these are a complete summary of available URL parameter options.
It would be helpful to have a documentation section dedicated to endpoints and URL parameters to present a full picture of available options for advanced visualization usage.
