Password recovery mechanism

Hi,

On our HPCCloud installation we don't appear to be able to reset existing user passwords. We were just testing this functionality the other day and we get an error "You must be logged in". I thought I'll report it in case you were not aware of it or there is still something we have misconfigured.

Using girder control panel we can set new passwords though.
