MIT License which allows commercial use and Xceed License which does not allow commercial use

Is commerical use allowed?

This software is published under MIT License (which allows commerical use) but the modules used in this software (e.g: Xceed) do not allow commercial use.

I am no license expert, but how does this fit together?

Is it possible to eliminate the restricted modules and make a software with no restrictions?
