                    <h1>About Me</h1>
                    <p>Hi, I'm Soph and I'm a Suffolk based web developer. I have a diverse set of skills, including Wordpress, WooCommerce, HTML, CSS, MySQL, PHP, Windows &amp; Linux Server Support, and Systems Administration. I have a solid understanding of the web, including HTTP(S), DNS and version control. WordPress wise, I have used WP-CLI, a large amount of plugins (including WooCommerce, BuddyPress, Contact Form 7) and quite a few themes. I've created my own plugins, scripts and child themes.</p>
                    <p>I am a self motivated and very driven web developer with an aptitude for learning new skills. I have nine years experience in creating websites, with particular expertise in creating custom responsive sites.</p>
                    <p>I deliver excellent customer service whilst working in the busiest of environments. I work well as part of a team, as well as on my own initiative. I am enthusiastic, adaptable, hard-working, eager to expand my knowledge and to
                    continue developing my skill set.</p>
                    <p>I have spent a large amount of my IT career working semi-remotely, with one or two days in the office each week. Over the last two years, I've worked in an office full time and it just isn't for me! I enjoy communicating in writing as I am a bit of an introvert, but I also love the idea of big team meetings several times each year. I think meeting a group of like-minded people working on the same thing as you must be an experience.</p>
                    <p>I am used to providing support (to customers and my team) via a ticket system and also by using Slack. This usually involves asking for further information or clarifying the problem, research, debugging and checking of logs. I have also provided face to face training for customers on their new websites.</p>
                    <p>I am used to working to tight deadlines and I really enjoy a challenge. I also love learning new things and expanding my knowledge. Some of my best days at work have been where everything has gone wrong and I can work my way through the problem; troubleshooting, updating people and finding solutions.</p>
                    <p>I definitely have a sense of humour, with some grace, patience and loyalty thrown in too. I am flexible regarding hours of work, including evenings and weekends.</p>
