Cors proxy is not applied to custom http on IPFS build

Fix bug with custom network input: our cors proxy couldn't apply every time to the custom network which starts with http (initially it won't work, then after a few auto refreshes it works, and after a few more again it doesn't).

Mock responses from default non-working Public Nodes to avoid extra load of our cors proxy.
