Goal: external programs can act like an RC transmitter; RobotWin consumes channels via a radio bus with realistic latency/jitter.

Scope:

  • IPC transport (UDP or shared-memory ring buffer) for RC channels.
  • Map channels to simulated receiver feeding MCU pins/UART or RPi input device.

Acceptance:

  • Separate desktop app can transmit channels; RobotWin receives them.
