add status bar icon as variable network speed

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
in order to see network speed users must expand the notification panel, without expanding it there is only the app icon

Describe the solution you'd like

1. a network speed indicator
2. users can change how often it refreshes, like every 500 ms or 1 second. (if possible in Android)

Hi, for network speed in icon we already implemented that. For changing update speed we are currently adding that functionality.
