Does this only happen with Pufferfish's Skills installed? Have you tried with only Kilt (+ dependencies) + Pufferfish's Skills installed?

Try to locate and isolate the actual crash cause from your mods list.

and according to the bottom of launcher_log.txt, if it crashes because of nightconfig, which is only bundled with terrablender, disabling terrablender doesn't fix the issue so it is very weird

i should've done this first, but after removing puffish_skills game crashed because of Structurize mod: https://mclo.gs/92jLTwg

and going further, minecolonies without other 350+ mods works fine
