Hi again, It’s been over two weeks since our initial inquiry, and we still haven’t received any response or clarification regarding the subscription limit issue on Kick’s event system. We understand that documentation and support processes may still be evolving, but the complete silence—both from official support and developer channels—is increasingly frustrating, especially for teams like ours that are actively building for your platform. As a company that works with platforms like Twitch and YouTube at scale, we’ve never encountered this level of unresponsiveness in a developer ecosystem. At the very least, we would expect some acknowledgment or direction. We want to continue supporting Kick and help grow its ecosystem—but that requires a functioning line of communication with the platform's developer team. We’re still hoping for a constructive response that will allow us (and others) to move forward with confidence. Best regards, |

Hi folks,
We've recently integrated with the Kick event system and are encountering an error that appears to indicate a hard subscription limit (which is a critical issue for us):
Error: event subscription limit reached
Unfortunately, we were unable to find any documentation regarding this limit — including what the exact threshold is, how close we are to it, or whether there's an API to monitor our current subscription count. The official Kick support (support@) also don't want to answer that.
We’d appreciate it if Kick could clarify the following:
Best,
René
