Clang/LLVM master integration

As per the discussion here: #43

The conversation has been moved to this thread and original PR closed. Ideally we'd like to integrate SPIR and SPIRV-Clang with Clang and LLVM master. Work has already been done to bring SPIRV-LLVM up to LLVM 3.8, but the corresponding work for SPIR is nontrivial. Any ideas of how we should do this?

For clang, it might be easier to branch from clang trunk instead of merging clang trunk into current SPIR producer branch. The clang trunk currently has pretty complete support for OpenCL 1.2/2.0. There are some deviation in the representation of metadata, types (e.g. sampler, pipe, image types), and builtin functions, e.g. to_private/global/local, but not many. These deviations can be accounted for in the LLVM-SPIRV translator.

For the LLVM-SPIRV translator, it may be easier to port it to llvm trunk. Fix build failures first, then fix tests gradually. The tests should be updated with what clang currently emits. Also better to add corresponding lit tests to clang.
