Submit button when starting a pomodoro ssesion

Problem Statement

Currently when I create a session and I click the project, the session just starts and its a bad ux experience when it just started. automatically

Proposed Solution

Make this the create session form to have the user submit or a click to create so users can double check than a random click and start.

1. When I start a pomodoro session, I should be able to click confirm to start.
