Quite consistently, when searching for a specific file name like "hl-osl-photos-01_17", the correct photo shows up, but also a single totally unrelated photo with no file name similarities. This is the case across multiple Craft installs and Mediaflow accounts, and the consistent "extra result" seems to be the same whatever we search for.
