Look into ways to minimize the effect of GameTora being offline. #233
Description
There are several options, here is what I came up with for now:
- Auto-detect GameTora availability and not open the browser if it is offline.
- Allow for an "offline-only" backup where the table gets shown but not the GameTora page.
