It is unclear what the KMHA process is regarding sales and materials management through CRM and CPQ. Or better way of saying, how are the products selected and put on the opportunity which then becomes a quote??
The developer for variant config told us the KMHA is not using the Variant config module. Thus we are confused about what exactly the proposed process is.
Also asked CRM and CPQ and they did not have an answer to what KMHA was doing??
