Description
make 2 checkboxes for the science threshold, one for transmit, and one for return. then we can choose if the science threshold will trigger for values in the transmit and/or return category.
this will enable probes that will never return to stop breaking warp when they encounter some science that would need to be returned, as the transmission value has been maxed out.
