Breaking Antenna Transmit All on 1.2 Prerelease

After collecting science, I right click an antenna and click "Transmit Data" and then "Transmit All". The broadcast appears to go through, but the messages do not have "x science added" after them, and the data never shows up at KSC. The experiments are used up if they're single use (since this is an unmanned probe with no way to reset experiments) and they act the same way when trying again for multi-use experiments.

I can confirm that this happens. But only if the option to hide the science result is on.

Upon further inspection. Manually transmitting the science seems to work flawlessly. So is this possibly a bug in the stock game?

I actually started over at the KSP issue tracker, but I wasn't able to reproduce this bug at all without Automated Science Sampler installed. Manual transmissions work fine, it seems to only break the "transmit all" feature.

Yeah i came up with the same results.
Actually i was able to reproduce this with a small config edit. ASS is using the staging of parts in the background to hide the results window. Changing the "useStaging" option in the config files allows the experiments to be triggered during staging. Modifying the stock config files and setting it to true and triggering the expirments via staging ends up with the same result that the science value isn't being added to the overall science.

Okay, so exact steps to reproduce:

1. Edit the config to allow staging science
2. Make a craft to collect science
3. Trigger science through staging
4. Right click antenna and Transmit All
5. Confirm that no science was received at KSC

Does that sound correct? If so, I'll post a bug report over at the official issue tracker (unless you have already).
