I would like to express my appreciation for providing Phavip. However, I have some confusion about dataset used in Phage taxonomy classification. The article mentions the use of a benchmark dataset provided by Zhu et al. and the division of the training and testing sets based on time. However, I did not see a time dimension in the data you provided. What should I do if I also want to divide by time?
